Kempe Engineering is looking for skilled Boilermakers or Fitters to fill permanent positions based out of their George Town Branch.

These roles are across the North of Tasmania, however other opportunities may come up in other parts of the state so we're keen to hear from you wherever you may be. 

The Role: 4-DAY WORKING WEEK

Kempe Engineering is expanding its skilled labour pool due to growing work fronts for upcoming and existing projects. Successful applicants will be offered a permanent role based out of George Town.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Australian recognised trade qualification (Boilermakers or Fitters)

  • Mining, Energy or Food Sector Installation experience highly regarded

  • Solid understanding and awareness of HSE requirements, responsibilities and obligations

  • EWP, WAH and Confined space certificates or willing to attain

  • An ability to proactively work in a fast-paced environment

  • Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organisational and team working skills

  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical

  • Current driver’s license
