Kempe Engineering is looking for skilled Trade Assistants to fill permanent positions based out of their George Town Branch.

These roles are across the North of Tasmania, however other opportunities may come up in other parts of the state so we're keen to hear from you wherever you may be. 

The Role: 4-DAY WORKING WEEK

Kempe Engineering is expanding its skilled labour pool due to growing work fronts for upcoming and existing projects. Successful applicants will be offered a permanent role based out of George Town.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Solid understanding and awareness of HSE requirements, responsibilities and obligations

  • Previous experience in a similar role, good communication, problem-solving and people skills

  • Ability to operate an excavator is preferred but not essential

  • Heavy Rigid Licence preferred but not essential

  • Welding capabilities preferred but not essential

  • Positive attitude towards safety and a disciplined approach to work organisation
