Introducing our new General Manager

KEEN Partners is pleased to introduce you to our new General Manager, Damien Rhind.

Damien brings with him a lot of experience working with individuals and teams. He’s been a sports coach for the last 15 years across a variety of sports, leading ages ranging from youth right through to adults. His reason for coaching people and sports has always been the satisfaction and enjoyment he gets from the growth and improvement of individuals, teams, and programs.

Damien‘s career has been a progression from working on the front line, to supervisory, sales and management roles. Damien believes in life-long learning with his most recent study being a Masters in Sports Coaching, which involved topics such as growth mindsets, emotional intelligence, goal setting and psychology.

“The attraction to KEEN was an opportunity for personal growth, but more importantly to have a direct influence of giving people a stronger chance to enhance their lives. Being able to give people the opportunity to work, gain skills, complete courses, and become better people inside and outside of work has great personal intrinsic reward and motivation” said Damien when asked why he chose to work for KEEN.

He enjoys being in the great outdoors and all it has to offer which often results in family trips.
